Program description

Learning outcomes of the programme of study: - Design, evaluation and administration of restaurants and agritourism guest-houses; - Administration of management system of restaurants and agritourism guest-houses; - Use of information system of restaurants and agritourism guest-houses in the exercise of managerial roles; - Implementation and monitoring of sustainable rural development; - Accounting and economic and financial analysis of restaurants and agritourism guest-houses; - Business administration and management of restaurants and agritourism guest-houses in the framework of common agricultural policies; - Advising on businesses administration in rural area.
