Cultural News: The American Independent Film Festival returns for the 2022 edition

The American Independent Film Festival returns for the 2022 edition between 15-21 April in Bucharest, at Elvire Popesco Cinema and the Romanian Peasant Museum Cinema. The festival is a unique opportunity to watch original films produced outside major studios and not shown anywhere else in Romania. Highlights this year include Red Rocket (dir. Sean Baker), in competition at Cannes in 2021 or The Outfit (dir. Graham Moore), first shown at the Berlinale Special 2022. All ticket sales will be donated to Ukrainian refugees.
