Systems and Institutions of European and International Public Law

The master's field in which this study program integrates is Law. The duration of studies is 2 years (120 ECTS credits). Students acquire skills in knowing and understanding the notions and institutions specific to the disciplines of this master’s degree program, such as: treaty, diplomacy, international dispute, legislation in European Union law, international negotiation, European human rights litigation; interpretation of legal norms and analysis of jurisprudence in the specific subject of each discipline within this master’s program; developing the skills to act from the specific position of each party in the contractual and procedural relations. Completion of this study program enables graduates to approach several professions in the legal field. Perspectives after graduation: professional career in production, education, research, in local or central administration.
