The curriculum of the Ceramics-Glass-Metal department is structured on the three specializations in order to develop the necessary qualities and knowledge for the development of the artistic education in the ceramics, glass and metal fields. For the B.A. cycle, the disciplines are allocated for a period of 3 years. The curriculum aims at the formative disciplines, the development of artistic skills and finding the artistic research methods specific to the specialization field. The research is directed on the study of utility forms, as well as ambient artistic forms, so students have the possibility to opt for a certain direction in their training. The curricula are adapted to the modern society requirements and are opened to current artistic trends. The Department has workshops, specialized laboratories and equipment specific to the processing of the materials it uses.
