The Social Data Science program at Babes-Bolyai University's dynamic FSPAC faculty addresses the challenges of the information revolution and digital transformation in society. It prepares future societal change agents with necessary skills and competencies through an interdisciplinary approach, blending innovative disciplines like data analysis, e-governance, communication, political science, public administration, and new technology usage.

Designed to foster critical thinking, proactive attitudes, and problem-solving, the curriculum includes lectures, seminars, team projects, community outreach, and innovation labs. This program aims to equip students for the increasing digital communication between state and citizens, the growing public digital services, and the challenges of the digital environment, making them well-prepared, creative, and adaptable.
