Program description

The mission of the program is to professionalize and support the development of the teaching careers of future graduates, as well as to equip them from a pedagogical, psychological, and psycho-social perspective. It aims to develop competencies in pedagogical design, methodology, evaluation, communication, and in identifying and resolving interpersonal conflicts or problem situations that may arise during the teaching process.
The general objective is the training and career development of specialists in the education of preschool and early primary school children, within a coherent framework reflected in the university curriculum, in accordance with the provisions of the National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education.
The specific objective is the development of professional competencies specific to Primary and Preschool Education, as well as transversal competencies, in accordance with the Operational System of Qualifications in Higher Education in Romania.
