Primary and Pre-school Teacher Education

Authorized in 2010 and accredited in 2015, this study program prepares students for a double qualification: teacher for preschool and primary education. It focuses on developing the teaching competencies necessary for professional integration and further academic studies at the master's and doctoral levels.

Learning outcomes include: assisting and adapting to students’ learning needs, applying effective and intercultural teaching strategies, managing classrooms, ensuring student safety, assigning and assessing homework, and providing constructive feedback. Students learn to handle children’s issues, support well-being, prepare lesson content, teach both kindergarten and primary education curricula, and maintain communication with parents. The program also emphasizes teamwork, empathy, conflict resolution, civic engagement, creativity in pedagogy, and the assessment of children's personal and academic development, ensuring well-rounded training for future educators.
