Proiect cofinantat din Fondul Social European prin Programul Operational Capital Uman 2014 – 2020
Initiated in 2010, the Pedagogy of Primary and Preschool Education in German addresses the need for qualified teachers in the German minority language and is one of only two accredited programs of its kind in Romania. It provides modern initial training by integrating the latest educational research with opportunities for personal development through extracurricular activities.
Learning outcomes include: assisting students in learning, adapting teaching to individual needs, applying both general and intercultural teaching strategies, managing classrooms, maintaining discipline, ensuring student safety, handling children's issues, and assessing progress. Students also learn to give constructive feedback, build relationships with parents, teach primary education content, prepare lesson plans, and promote teamwork and creativity through pedagogical strategies—ensuring well-rounded preparation for future educators in German-language education.
