In line with the mission of "Lucian Blaga" University of Sibiu, the Faculty of Law promotes education and research aligned with the demands of a knowledge-based, continuously evolving society integrated into the European space.
Its didactic mission includes training specialists for the Romanian legal field while also adapting to the European labor market, preparing jurists to meet new professional standards. This is achieved through ongoing curricular reform to ensure compatibility with other European law faculties. The Faculty actively participates in European legal education programs and integrates subjects with a strong European and applied focus. Emphasis is placed on modern disciplines, professional practice, and specialized IT education.
The overall objective is to train new generations of jurists with a solid foundation in European legal, administrative, political, and economic disciplines, while maintaining relevance to national requirements—ensuring graduates are equipped for both EU and Romanian legal careers.
