Program description

In the field of Zootechnics (Animal Husbandry) there are 3 doctoral supervisors
(https://www.usamvcluj.ro/conducatori-de-doctorat-scoala-doctorala-de-stiinte-agricole-
ingineresti/) whose research themes fall into the following directions: Animal Products
Technology, Animal Physiology, Animal Nutrition and Feeding, Animal Genetics and Breeding.
SDSAI benefits from a well-developed research infrastructure, which is adequate to carry out
scientific research activities in all fields of life sciences. The research activities are carried out
within two research institutes: Institute for Life Sciences "King Mihai I of Romania", the
Institute of Advanced Horticultural Research of Transylvania (ICHAT)
(https://cercetare.usamvcluj.ro/cercetare-usamv/unitati-de-cercetare/), in several other
laboratories located within teaching departments and in UASMVCN Research.
