The study program started in 2001 and aims to train engineers in production, research, and design, as well as managers of activities specific to the oil and gas industry. It also prepares specialists in assisted design and in ensuring quality of life and environmental protection, in line with the global standards of research and design for installations, equipment, and processes in the hydrocarbon industry.The first two years of study take place in Sibiu, while the following two years are conducted in Mediaș, benefiting from the specialized laboratories of local companies.
