The courses vary from Ancient to Modern and contemporary literature to Literary geographies or Postmodern mythologies, offering insights into different national literatures within a universal context.
The specialization can be combined with Japanese as a segment B language. The Japanese Language and Literature section is structured over six semesters and its aim is the study of Japanese language, literature and culture, offering both general knowledge and specialized knowledge. At the end of the three years of study, the students will have acquired the abilities needed for either postgraduate research, or a career in teaching, in the field of interpretation and translation, or in diplomacy.
