Classical language and literature - Modern language and literature

Latin language and literature can be studied as a major at the Faculty of Letters. 

The specialization can be combined with Chinese as a segment B language. The primary objective of the Chinese Language and Literature specialization is to develop not only a linguistic competence which would allow the students' fluent use of the Chinese language, but also the constitution of a cultural background which would aid them in their future endeavour of developing their Sinology studies. The courses are being taught both in Romanian and in Chinese.
