This program aims to develop individual capacities for analyzing labor relations and organizational dynamics, managing human resources, and conducting assessments based on solid empirical research. It also focuses on building the ability to evaluate and intervene in labor market contexts to reduce social risks at all societal levels—individual, family, group, community, and society.
Learning outcomes include: applying knowledge of human behavior, scientific methods, and company policies; conducting qualitative and quantitative research; assessing candidates and clients; managing payroll and recruitment; providing career counseling and job search support; encouraging self-reflection in clients; facilitating access to education and employment; and maintaining professional records and confidentiality. Students also learn to use communication techniques, demonstrate emotional intelligence, promote workplace equality, work with diverse target groups, support employability, and build trust-based professional relationships—preparing them for effective HR and labor market interventions.
