Learning outcomes include: critically addressing problems, assessing risk, analyzing foreign affairs and community needs, ensuring information security, and working in crisis areas. Students develop the ability to conduct research, apply scientific and ethical methods, analyze data, and report findings. They gain experience in policy monitoring, public presentation, government relations, and promoting democratic values and the rule of law.
