Program description

The mission of the ASC program is to train highly qualified specialists in the fields of performance, creation, and cultural education in the art of dance, specialists who will contribute creatively to the development of the art of dance, artistic education, and society in general.

Competencies of the ASC program:
Appropriate use of concepts, theories, and methods from the field of Performing Arts – Choreography.
Theoretical and practical use of body language elements specific to professions in the choreographic field.
Establishing a proper correlation between musical discourse/sound configuration and the scenic representation, based on auditory skills, dance technique, and specialized knowledge.
Understanding and comparative interpretation of modern and contemporary techniques for developing a choreographic performance.
Designing, developing, organizing, and leading a choreographic performance for school/student/professional or amateur artistic ensembles.

Occupations: Ballerina, Choreographer, Dancer, Other occupations, according to the qualification and title awarded, in accordance with the competencies provided by the study program.
