Technological Biochemistry

The Bachelor Degree in Technological Biochemistry is an interdisciplinary program combining principles of chemistry biochemistry, biotechnology, and applied sciences to address technological challenges in different fields. The program focuses on understanding biochemical processes at the molecular level and applying this knowledge to develop innovative solutions in various industries.

Professional competencies:

C1: Operating with concepts of structure and reactivity of compounds
C2: Determining the composition, structure and physico-chemical properties of some chemical compounds
C3: Performing experiments, rigorously applying methods of analysis and interpretation of results, in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
C4: Interdisciplinary approach to topics in the field of chemistry
C5: Performing biological, biochemical and microbiological analyses and preparations in an autonomous manner and interpreting the results
C6: Applying chemical and biochemical technologies in various fields, in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and environmental protection

Transversal competencies:

CT1: Performing professional tasks efficiently and responsibly, in compliance with the legislation and ethics specific to the field under qualified assistance
CT2: Carrying out activities in a multidisciplinary team, using communication skills interpersonal skills to achieve the proposed objectives
CT3: Efficient use of information sources and communication resources and assisted professional training, both in Romanian and in an international language
