Dental Medicine

The Dental Medicine program operates within the Faculty of Dental Medicine at UMFST G.E. Palade Târgu Mureș. The educational and research facilities, meeting European standards, include the Integrated Dental Medicine Center, the Simulation and Dental Imaging Department, teaching and research laboratories, as well as numerous student amenities, ensuring the conduct of a modern, dynamic educational process with complex activities.

As part of the clinical activities that are components of the educational process and in correlation with the entrepreneurial nature of the dental profession, we provide a wide range of specialized medical services under the strict guidance of the faculty staff.

The mission of the Dental Medicine study program is an integral part of the mission of UMFST GE Palade in Târgu Mureș as provided for in the University Charter and consists of:

- promoting education and academic performance for the training of competitive and professionalized graduates in dentistry;

- training researchers to work in research centers and pursue doctoral studies;

- cultivating practical skills that meet employers' requirements for providing highly qualified human resources in the dental field.
