Professional competences: - Operating with notions, concepts, laws and principles specific to the field; - Investigation of the molecular and cellular basis of living matter’s organization and functioning; - Exploration of biological systems; - Characterization and classification of living organisms; - Capacity of using methods and techniques specific for biology; - Use of models and algorithms for the knowledge of the living world; - Capacity of transposing in practice the theoretical knowledge;- - Capacity of elaborating projects, strategies and programs in Biology; - Ability to store, process and present data using the computer; - Ability to organize and plan; - Knowledge and use of a foreign language, including the specialty language; - Capacity of self-perfection through master and doctoral studies. - Inter- and transdisciplinary integration of specific knowledge.
