Management

The Management programme aims at training specialists by helping them acquire specialty knowledge and build specialty competences specific to their profession. To that end, the graduates will be able to identify, analyse and manage the elements defining the internal and external environment of the organisation, by diagnosis and SWOT analysis; elaborate and implement the strategies and policies of the organisation; elaborate and implement the management system and its subsystems (resource allocation and reallocation and activities); identify, select and employ the forecasting, organisation, coordination and control-evaluation methods; substantiate, adopt and implement decisions for small-sized organisations (for the organisation as a whole or for one of its components); use databases, information and knowledge in implementing the management methods, techniques and procedures.
