Law

The Law programme prepares the students to properly use the concepts, theories, paradigms and methodologies in the legal field, implement the techniques and instruments specific to the legal field, enforce the Romanian legislation, the EU legislation and the international legislation, construe, correlate and compare the legal institutions in the national law, the EU law and the legislation of other states, apply the necessary knowledge to collect the data and information pertaining to a concrete legal matter, implement the effective legislation in analysing the offences, their appropriate classification and their settlement, perform their professional tasks in an efficient and responsible manners and efficiently use the communication resources and the information sources both in Romanian and in an international language.
