Cadastre and Real Estate Valuation

This master programme has as its main mission deepening the knowledge acquired within the Bachelor cycle (Land Measurements and Cadastre) and expanding the educational area on issues of real estate evaluation that generate additional skills for the graduates.
Structural changes occurring in close connection with the development of market economy and private property determine fundamental changes in the field of cadastre, both in terms of real estate records and cadastral plans. The programme is developed in such a way as to ensure in-depth knowledge of some aspects of the design and execution of these categories of works, and to be flexible and allow each student to choose a route according to his own learning skills and interests.
The programme ensures the training of engineers in order to be able to find technical and technological solutions for surveying and geodetic works with different destinations (works for cadastre and land register, evaluation of immovable and lands, engineering works and landscaping, etc.) performed under various conditions.
The educational offer meets the requirements of the current global labour market providing a theoretical basis for a wide range of areas where graduates can be employed.
