General Nursing

The mission of the Bachelor’s Degree programme is to ensure acquiring theoretical knowledge, as well as acquiring a clinical experience and an adequate ethical attitude specific to the medical domain. The graduate will be a specialist in the medical domain and can exercise the medical assistant profession by offering treatment and nursing to the sick people both physically and mentally, to disabled persons and also to other persons who need medical assistance. The graduates will be responsible with planning, administering and evaluating the patients’ assistance by working along with medical teams and other persons in practical application of the prevention and cure methods. The graduates will be able to be employed in medical units in the country and EU and also have to possibility to go on their training with Master’s Degree and Doctor’s Degree.
