The mission of this study program is to complete the training of the future specialists in the filed of Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications and Information Technologies and to raise to a higher level the research in this area. Formation of competent specialists requires a good fundamental training, but also equally prepared in related fields, so they quickly and effectively integrate on the economy market. For this reason there is a permanent cooperation with specialized companies. Main objectives are oriented to develop graduates’ abilities and competences to face the challenges of an information-based society, at high speed and quality. They will be prepared to design and build applications in advanced image and multidimensional signals processing, audio-video data analyze and processing, neural networks applications, advanced telecommunications networks. They will be able to design, develop, test and use audio-video equipments, multimedia and telecommunications systems, optical fiber transmission systems. They will face multidisciplinary research, will be able to use and give software intelligent solutions and will easily adapt to team work, according to the economical market needs.
