The graduates of the master in Modern Rail Vehicles will be prepared to design and to operate all the components of the national or local railway system. The program has a great tradition of more than 50 years. The future railway engineers and professionals will study the following topics: Dynamics of rail vehicles. Designof bogies and coaches, Traction and breaking systems, Non conventional rail vehicles, Rail operation, rail infrastructure. Our laboratories and the the traditional connection with the rail companies offer to our students a good possibility to practice and to improve their practical knowledges. The employment possibilities are various considering the wide range of national, local or private railway companies. The laboratory of locomotives is unique because of the mixture of modern skills and devices, and an unique indoor locomotive as a test bench.
