Because law professionals must find solutions for many problems including civil law matters, now at the Faculty of Law the educational curriculum contains this master programme. Our programme provides this professional competences: Acquiring thorough knowledge of a certain specialization branch – Private Law, especially Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law; properly using the specific Private Law language in the communication with various categories of professionals; Describing and using the fundamental concepts and principles of the Civil Law and Civil procedural Law institutions, in accordance with the European and global trends; Using Private Law expertise to explain and interpret new situations in larger field-related contexts; Using the basic knowledge of the field to explain the adoption of various normative acts and the drafting of normative act proposals; Making use of the entire range of concepts and methodologies to solve theoretical problems and new law cases in conditions of little information provided; Interpreting correctly particular real-life situations; Analyzing and evaluating various difficult situations and other problems that occur after adopting strategies to overcome them.
