The curriculum is built on Romanian ethnology lectures (Folk Culture, Time, Calendar, Holiday, Theory of Custom, Ethnology of the Family, Ethnomusicology, Ethno-choreology), European ethnology and cultural anthropology lectures (general, sacred, virtual, visual, of the body). The graduates may follow a career in research, education, cultural institutions, or media. A strong component of the curriculum is the practical training the aim of which is to enable students to put to work their class skills in real professional contexts (among which are rural and urban research, museums, collaboration with cultural NGOs).
