The Bachelor of Laws program is a four-year undergraduate program organized by the Faculty of Law, offering the studies required in order to apply for a legal profession, as legal advisers, lawyers, judges, prosecutors, public notaries etc.The program offers certain compulsory modules such as Civil Law, Criminal Law, Civil and Criminal Procedure, Commercial Law, Family Law, Constitutional Law, International Law, EU Law, Labor Law, Administrative Law. Some of these are taught during one term, while others (such as Civil Law) are taught over the course of several years.With other modules, students are required to choose one out of several options offered during some terms. Such modules are Legal Methodology, Management, Human Rights Law, Competition Law, Treaty Law, Capital Markets, Arbitration, International Cooperation in Criminal Matters. Other modules, such as Legal Logics or foreign languages, are non-mandatory.Most modules are comprised of both lectures and tutorials. With a unique professionalism of the teaching staff and high academic standards, the alumni of the undergraduate program have always obtained the highest scores in the national bar and magistrates exams.
