Pastoral Roman-Catholic Theology

The specialization in ”Pastoral Roman-Catholic Theology” functions within the Faculty of Roman-Catholic Theology. Through the activities we carry out, we aim to train Roman-Catholic ministers (deacons and priests) and specialists in theology for pre-university and university education, for scientific research, churches etc. The main objectives of this specialization is to ensure academic excellence and to offer programmes in compliance with a wide range of educational requirements. The mission of the specialization in ”Pastoral Roman-Catholic Theology” within Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași and the Faculty of Roman-Catholic Theology is to prepare highly qualified specialists for the Roman-Catholic education and theological research from Romania and abroad. Specializing in the field of ”Pastoral Roman-Catholic Theology” implies the assimilation of the theological teaching, as well as the development of human and spiritual individual abilities.
