Energy Management

The Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Energy Management prepares specialists able to plan, operate, monitor and improve energy systems in industrial, residential and commercial environments. Students develop technical and managerial skills related to energy production, transport, distribution and efficient use, while also gaining a strong foundation for further studies at master’s level. The curriculum includes energy management, thermal and electrical energy audits, renewable energy sources, reliability, electrical safety and network insulation, thermal equipment and installations, electricity distribution equipment, transport of energy agents, industrial automation, energy markets and fluid power drives. Graduates can pursue careers as industrial energy engineers, energy systems engineers, energy technology design engineers, utility systems management and control engineers, energy auditors or energy managers. The programme combines engineering knowledge with economic and organisational competencies, enabling graduates to contribute to energy efficiency, sustainability, digitalisation and the modernisation of energy systems in a wide range of organisations.The programme has held EUR-ACE® certification since the 2026-2027 academic year, confirming its compliance with recognised European standards for engineering education. Graduates may pursue specialised master’s studies in related energy sectors.
