Business Engineering and Management

A four-year engineering and management programme taught in Romanian that integrates modern engineering with economics, entrepreneurship and organisational management. Students develop analytical skills to design, analyse and optimise products, processes and business systems, while learning to use digital tools and industrial software. Core areas include technological entrepreneurship, innovation and technology transfer, strategic management, marketing and e-commerce, business-process modelling, business economics and finance, and modern production technologies. Applied projects and internships prepare graduates for roles such as business analyst, consultant, project or operations manager, sales manager or entrepreneur.
