The mission of the specialization is to create through interdisciplinary studies (engineering, managerial and economic), specialists who are able to design, organize and lead productive systems or their components, as well as to generate the relations that connect these systems to the social-economic environment in which they evolve.
The specialization insures the multidisciplinary education of the students at a high level, so that the graduates will equally have knowledge in the technical, managerial and economic field, being able to accede to the managerial condition, as a supreme fulfilment of their professional competence.
The economic-engineer, graduate of the specialization Industrial Economic Engineering is the specialist who is able to design, organize, administrate and finally to lead integrated systems made out of humans, materials and equipments.
Besides engineering knowledge, it needs to have business and management knowledge, it needs to insure human communication, it needs to be capable to debate at to sustain at any level the professional opinions, to militate for the quality of the environment and life.
