Communications Integrated Systems with Special Applications

SICAS M.Sc. program provides an advanced education in fixed and mobile wireless
communications systems, emphasizing on specific and related aspects (e.g. radio
network planning and resource management, wireless systems, standardization and
interoperability, interference and electromagnetic compatibility). As SICAS has been
developed in collaboration with leading national academic institutions, national
authorities, and industrial partners., it is suitable for experts in planning, operation
and maintenance of radio networks for special or commercial application and is well
received among engineers working for state institutions using dedicated wireless
systems as well as national telecommunications operators. This program is aimed at a
small number of excellent and promising students, and focuses on the development of
critical thinking, analysis, and practical skills essential to developing and implementing
wireless communications systems.
