Medicine

Our Faculty of Medicine is among the few educational institutions that offer specialised training in three languages: Romanian, English and French.

During the clinical stages of education that begin in the 4th year, the international students use Romanian, which they learn in the first three years.

With a continuously growing infrastructure, such as spacious auditoriums, modern and state-of-the-art laboratories, access to high performance hospitals, computer-based libraries, new and refurbished accommodations, two students restaurant and sports facilities, our faculty is the most distinguished in Transylvania and ranked A level in Romania. The Bachelor’s Diploma is recognized in European Union and all over the world. Therefore, our students can easily access the job market to join the different public or private health systems as professionals.

For international students, the Faculty of Medicine of UMF Cluj-Napoca offers the following undergraduate programs:

- Medicine in English and French, for citizens of EU, the EEA, the Swiss Confederation or third countries,

- Medicine in Romanian, for citizens of Non-European countries.
