Dental Medicine

The Faculty of Dental Medicine of “Iuliu Hatieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy offers the opportunity to get one of the most appreciated medical licenses.
 The Faculty offers two specializations: dental studies, lasting six years and technical dentistry studies, lasting 3 years. For dental medicine, you can choose one of three lines of study: Romanian, English or French. Technical dentistry can be studied only in Romanian.

The university offers also postgraduate programs, master or doctoral studies, oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics and dental facial orthopedics, dental alveolar surgery, periodontology, endodontics, and dental prosthetics.
The students of our faculty benefit yearly from ERASMUS scholarships, having the possibility to study in European countries such as France, Spain, Germany, Italy. In these countries, our students carry out professional theoretical and practical stages, and take exams, in compliance with the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS).
