Project Management and Real Estate Assessment

The master program is part of the Management and Engineering specialization. Its mission is to prepare experts with higher qualification in project management and company/property assessment. It is designed for graduates currently working or looking for jobs in project management and real estate areas.
The program is structured on 4 semesters and evening classes are held for students to be able to perform their jobs, if they are employed.
The program has two specializations:
- Project Management, confirmed by the Project Manager Certificate, validated by the Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Education;
- Property Assessment, confirmed by the courses validated by ANEVAR.
The syllabus is structured on disciplines connected to: strategic management, human resources management, operational research, communication skills, marketing, financial audit, techniques of accessing European funds, property assessment. Because this is a practice-oriented program, the students may perform internships and volunteering in private or public companies, which allow them to manage small or large scale projects, multiple projects and programs.
The graduates will acquire skills for leading, planning, organizing and monitoring global projects.
