The Bachelor’s program in Environmental and Consumer Protection equips students with skills to:

• Apply food science and safety concepts

• Manage food industry processes and equipment

• Design technologies for raw material supply

• Create new food products and manage projects

• Oversee food production, quality control, and marketing

• Manage waste recovery and ensure environmental protection

• Communicate consumer protection requirements and improve transparency

• Supervise the implementation of environmental and consumer protection laws

• Implement ISO and EMAS voluntary standards
