Primary and Pre-school Teacher Education

Pedagogy of Primary and Preschool Education study programme provides initial training of teachers in charge of organizing and conducting process of education for early education and for primary school education. It aims also to prepare specialists able to educate young children by programmes, and educational strategies through activities undertaken in the formal, non-formal and informal environment.
At university level, Pedagogy of Primary and Preschool Education study programme is achieved through cooperation between faculties and facilitation of student mobility within the university, using the European credit transfer system.
Pedagogy of Primary and Preschool Education study program’s structure is flexible and allows each student to choose a route according to their learning skills and interests. At least 30% of all credits accumulated at the end of the study programs by a student comes from freely chosen disciplines. However, the curriculum envisages the development of the soft skills of the students such as using the new technologies skills, communication skills in a foreign language, research skills, conflict management etc.
