Program description

Professional competences
C1 ability to perform a comparative analysis of the problems concerning the technologies for organic food 
C2 ability to explain the connections between the mechanisms and processes that determine and influence the quality of the organic food
C3 ability to obtain organic food using special technologies
C4 ability to design, at both conceptual and detail levels, technologies for obtaining organic food using unconventional materials 
C5 ability to optimize activities and technological processes using comparative analyses
C6 ability to create innovative products, to design, ensure, obtain and render profitable the quality of organic food

Transversal competences
CT1 ability to identify and apply the values and principles of the code of professional ethics and to take responsibility for the decisions made
CT2 ability to define and  show respect for team competences, to give tasks to and to share responsibility with the members of the team
CT3 good communication skills, oral and written, in contexts of different levels of formality, in both Romanian language and a widely spoken foreign language
