Machine Building Technology

The Machine Building Technology study program is part of the Industrial Engineering and Management Department, Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology. The Machine Building Technology division was established in 1984, within the Sub-engineering Institute in Târgu Mureș, and has progressed continuously as a major of higher engineering education in Mureș, refined and adapted to the current industrial needs of today’s world. The program is certified by the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education. The young graduates’ core competences, acquired within the Machine Building Technology study program, are targeted to the design, planning, quality assurance, management and coordination of modern technological manufacturing processes, by using state-of-the-art digital platforms.
