Primary and Pre-school Teacher Education

The program is part of the curricular offer the Department of Educational Sciences. In view of its graduates professionalization, specialization provides general and specific skills for areas: teacher for the preschool education, teacher for the primary education, support teacher. The program aims competences in: methodology, communicating and relating with students, student assessment, psychosocial issues, technical and technological (IT) matters, organizing and using the educational resources, research, selection and processing information in the educational field, development of didactic strategies etc. We can observe that the programme offers a double degree for its students, graduates of it being able to work both in primary and preschool education. The study programme is based on the National Academic standards (ARACIS). Based on the competences developed by this programme, graduates will be able to either quickly insert themselves on the job market, or to continue their education and training with masters and doctoral programmes.
