The graduates of this program will be able to work in areas such as: information technology, computer programming, automatic control, communications and computer networks. The program develops competences as follows: working with mathematical, engineering and informatics fundamentals; improvement of the performance of hardware systems, software and communications; designing hardware, software and communications components; designing, lifecycle management, systems integration and integrity of hardware, software and communications systems; troubleshooting using the tools of computer science and engineering; organizing and planning specific activities in computers design, implementation and use; knowledge in the use of environments for software development; knowledge in the field of databases specific applications development; evaluation and self-evaluation; self-improvement and adapting to new situations; solving problems and taking decisions in the area of computer engineering; working in multi-disciplinary teams; understanding and promoting quality; respecting professional ethics.
