The Diagnosis and Technical Expertise in Mechanical Engineering (DETIM) master’s program mission is deepening knowledge in mechanical engineering field and obtaining complementary competences:

Acquisition of knowledge to solve problems occurring mechanical equipment and diagnosis of their functioning;

Achieving of failure risk prediction, combined with statistical analysis of inspection In-Service;

Assimilation of basic knowledge of experimental research in the field of machines, equipment and mechanical structures etc.

The DETIM graduate programme offers competences in:

Construction, operation, maintenance and repair of components, systems and structures in the area of mechanical engineering;

Design, modernization and development;

 Optimizing the proper functioning between repairs;

Use of advanced information technologies;

Computer-assisted operation simulation;

Management of activities specific to the field of Mechanical Engineering;

Knowledge of constantly changing technologies, as well as new techniques as part of the process of continuing education and self-improvement;

Designing and managing the processes specific to the studied field.
