Proiect cofinantat din Fondul Social European prin Programul Operational Capital Uman 2014 – 2020
The program aims to introduce specific principles of analysis, innovation and commissioning used for building conservation and rehabilitation in general, for heritage in particular, considering that the old built environment is significantly represented today. The increased vulnerability of the built environment requires a rigorous assessment in order to prioritize for rehabilitation.
The master’s courses are addressed to specialists and aspirants in the field of structural rehabilitation of damaged buildings due to various causes, presenting at a theoretical and practical level classical and modern aspects in the field of expertise, design, execution and monitoring of damaged structures, as well as the latest results of research in the field.
Students receive information from complementary fields that contribute to their completion as specialists in the field: experimental techniques for evaluating the building state, modelling in computer programs, structural analysis, seismic behavior, repair and consolidation techniques, monitoring of constructions in time. All these lead to early detection of damages or changes that could occur in the building as a result of accidental actions or improper maintenance.
