Accounting and Business Information Systems

The purpose of the program is to ensure learning and/or deepening the knowledge of concepts, theories and specific methodologies, along with their comparative analysis, in order to expand one’s knowledge from the national plan to the regional one (of the European Union), respectively the international one (the professional accounting provisions of the International Accounting Standards Board along with those of audit and valuation). Students gain knowledge in accounting operations, financial control, auditing and asset valuation procedures, and dedicated computer programs.
The professors who teach this specialization and their former students have created associations in academia and the business environment in order to support course attendants through research agreements and employment or internship offers in French milieu.
Graduates of the program can acquire the skills of a professional accountant, auditor or valuator; they can be directors or employees in accounting and financial departments; in charge of control and internal audit for a company; consultants for mergers and aquisitions, assets and business valuation or financial analysis.
