Environmental and Agricultural Economics

The main purpose of the Agri-food and environment economics program is to prepare specialists in the agri-food and environment field and also to create the specific abilities regarding the scientific research.
The study line aims also to provide students with the knowledge and competences necessary for decision making at organizational level; to coordinate decisions and implementation across different departments of the agri-food organization; to provide functional relations between the agri-food company and its environment.
Students who graduate this program have several options for their career path, such as: food and non-food department supervisor, catering department manager, environmental auditor, researcher in food quality control etc.
