Economics

The objective of this study program is acquiring an advanced level of theories, principles and methods of investigating real economy. Students are taught strategic interactions of firms with the government, consumers and competitors; macroeconomic policies oriented to eliminating macroeconomic imbalances; financial and economic strategies specific to multinational corporations; elaborating public sector budgets; statistical inferences and principles of economic modelling based on statistical data. The program is convergent in curriculum with the programs of ECONOMICS from reputable institutions in Western Europe, is focused on the development of analytical thinking of the students, intending to achieve the overlapping of the competences with the expectations of the targeted groups of employers, from the country and from abroad.
