Industrial entrepreneurship

Master's Degree in Industrial Entrepreneurship (IE) is intended for graduates to learn advanced engineering and management and wishing to deepen their expertise in several directions. The Industrial Entrepreneurship graduate program has an interdisciplinary curriculum built on: informatics, statistical analysis, resource planning, management, industrial design, innovation, maintenance, occupational safety and health, ecology. The covered topics help the students to gain professional competencies in :

• understanding and explaining complex tasks, specific to industrial entrepreneurship activities, using advanced knowledge of engineering and managerial sciences;

• use of concepts and methods from general and strategic management, marketing and branding, for the development of entrepreneurial activities;

• use of modern methods for planning, analysis and diagnosis of company activities;

• awareness and use of modern theories, methods and tools for sustainable product development;

• understanding and exploiting quality management systems and maintenance management systems;

•  applying basic techniques of research, development and innovation with specific tasks in industrial entrepreneurship activities.
