Social Work

The Social Work Program takes an inter-disciplinary approach, preparing the student to work as either social assistant, social worker, social science researcher, probation councillor, school councillor, community facilitator, social mediator, social project specialist or manager, social inspector, secondary school teacher, or as an independent social service provider. The length of the bachelor program is three years, the official qualification being that of "Social Worker" (higher studies). Employers of our undergraduates can be public or private social service providers, public administration branches, non-governmental organisations or research institutes
