Limbă, literatură şi cultură engleză în context european/ English Language, Literature and Culture in the European Context

The Master's programme - English Language, Literature and Culture - caters to students whose interests and academic backgrounds are in literary studies and European culture in the broad sense, but in particular English Literature and Culture, as well as World Literature in English.
The MA programme also gives participating students the opportunity to study for example:
• Intercultural communication
• Discourse analysis
• British texts alongside global literatures.
• Translation studies
• Communication in ESP
• Interpreting literary texts
• Cultural contexts of learning English
• Social Imaginary. SF reflections
The MA programme is distinguished by its Dissertation, which gives our students the opportunity to research a topic at a more complex level. It is an accredited degree programme of Literary Studies. After successful completion of this programme, our students will receive a legally accredited Master’s degree in Literary Studies and the title Master of Arts (MA).
